The Giro G10 Ski and
Snowboard Helmet is a well ventilated in-mold helmet. It is
the new freestyle boss. This ski and snowboard helmet is
right on time for riders pushing toward big moves and
bolder lines in wide open terrain. In-mold helmets tend to
be lighter and cooler than traditional helmets. The styling
is a skate-style shape with progressive lines and wide-angle cut
for great peripheral vision and gapless goggle fit. This
helmet has excellent ventilation with 14 Super Cool vents and
adjustable Thermostat control. Super Cool vents move cool fresh air
through the helmet while radiating heat and stale air out.
By maximizing efficiency and optimizing vent shapes, the collective
power of the Super Cool vents helps regulate your core
temperature and keep you feeling fresh all day. Thermostat ventilation
control allows you to custom tune airflow instantly with a
simple low-profile control button on the outside of the helmet.
Giro says that no other system is faster or easier
to adjust. The earpads are snap-fit, super plush and
easy to install or remove as needed. The Goggle
Notch is a channel in the helmets that is designed
for hassle-free positioning of your goggles and a snug, gapless
fitwith the helmet. It works in tandem with a security
loop at the back of the helmet to keep your
goggles with you in the event of a fall.
