The Tubbs Altitude Series Snowshoes are a
versatile choice for "Go Anywhere" performance in all snow conditions
for day hikers of all abilities. These Tubbs Snowshoes are
designed for hiking / backpacking. This type of snowshoeing is
characterized by powder snow and untracked trails, and variable terrain
and windpack. The Altitude Series are designed with
convenience and versatility in mind and come with the Bear
hug binding that carries Tubbs Bear Hug Triple Guarantee.
The round, western style tail provides optimum
balance in all snow conditions. The Bear Hug binding:

inner padding confomrs to the boot providing heel centered control

a custom fit
Buckle system is set once for
a perfect fit everytime The Altitude Series come with
a new split claw design Sure Trac Aluminum crampon. These
offer improved traction in all directions of impact. The
ArcTec decking material is 30% stronger that industry standard Hypalon
and is puncture and abrasion-resistant to -40 F. It is
waterproof, maintenance-free and tough. The women's 21 and 25
